The artists
Erica Agerås
Erica Agerås (b. 1993) from Linköping, based in Stockholm, is an artist that explores the space between the surreal world and her emotions. She works with repetitive lines, to create patterns that bring depth and imagination.
Erica has made three paintings for this collaboration with Barsebäck Bränneri. They were inspired by the flavors and previous colours of their collection of gin. Dry green, navy blue and deep pink. The thought was to create a pattern that will react to the light in a room and draw the viewer into the work of art. She continues to work with a manipulative and hallucinative way of drawing which you can see in these artworks.
